Kitchen of the Future: Main Innovations from EuroCucina 2018
We explain how the smart oven works and why your dishes will never burn again
What will you choose: having dinner at home or spending the evening in a restaurant? Don't rush to decide — the company Miele unveiled fantastic innovations for the kitchen at the international exhibition EuroCucina 2018. We're sharing the most interesting highlights.
The Kitchen Appliance Dialog Oven
It's no surprise that Miele chose the motto “Revolutionary excellence” for its booth — revolutionary perfection. This is thanks to the Dialog Oven.
What is it? A kitchen appliance that can easily be mistaken for a regular oven — minimalist design, glossy black surface with silver inserts, M Touch touch display, and BrilliantLight LED lighting. But in reality, the Dialog Oven is more than just an oven.
What makes the Dialog Oven special?1. Food cooks evenly and retains its juiciness. All thanks to "smart" electromagnetic waves. If it's a meat fillet, it becomes uniformly pink from edge to center; if bread, it turns out light, airy, and even without a crust — just as you want it.
Demonstrations showed how fish fillet placed in an ice cube was baked in the Dialog Oven. The result: the fish was cooked, and the ice didn’t even melt.

2. You can easily cook several dishes at once. Each dish retains its taste and aroma.

How to use the Dialog Oven? The appliance has an autopilot mode — the “Gourmet Assistant” that automatically selects optimal settings for cooking your dish while you focus on other tasks. If you love experimenting, choose the “Gourmet Pro” mode for creating culinary masterpieces.
By the way, you can try your hand at being a chef already in 2019 — when the Dialog Oven arrives in Russia.
Induction Cooktop Module TwoInOneHow does it work? The induction cooktop quickly heats cookware and ingredients inside it. This means you can prepare even complex dishes twice as fast.
Also, there's no need to worry about smells while cooking: the cooktop features a built-in exhaust hood in the form of a small grille. It operates quietly, saves electricity, and even turns itself off automatically.
SmartLine Modular Cooking ZonesWhat to choose? If you frequently cook on a grill, you'll definitely love the electric heating plate. The stainless steel surface allows you to prepare several dishes at different temperatures.
For those who care about environmental cleanliness, the gas cooktop will be a perfect match. And if you like juggling multiple tasks at once, the induction cooktop “Wok” will come in handy. The smart ControlInduc system prevents your food from burning even if you step away from the stove.
