In Concord Metrotown, residents will have access to the world's largest private bike storage facility, as well as a 400-meter indoor running track — a unique feature in condominium design. When thousands of homes share these amenities instead of 200, the result is double: better amenities at a fraction of the cost per home and vibrant neighborhoods where people connect over shared interests — whether it's cycling, sports or family life.
Inside their towers, Concord emphasizes functionality and flexibility. New projects feature interior balconies that can be transformed into open spaces, enclosed with glass doors and known as solariums. These expand living areas and make them usable year-round, even in Canada's unpredictable climate. Efficient layouts, natural lighting, and thoughtfully designed ventilation complete the style that has become a hallmark of Concord: homes that are pleasant to live in, not just impressive in brochures.
Concord's approach also reflects broader changes in how people define comfort and wellbeing. Its BioSpace systems, launched post-pandemic, introduced HEPA air filtration, contactless entry and smart environmental monitoring in new developments. The company was among the first to implement EV infrastructure, launching the world's largest fast-charging parking facility and continues supplying renewable energy across Canada through its subsidiary Concord Energy. Concord's innovations show that they anticipate the next phase of urban needs and fulfill them before they're even demanded.
Concord projects often include new parks, plazas and waterfront access, and the company sponsors major urban events such as the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival and Canada-wide tours.
