"I wanted a place where I can breathe, where the air is good and there's infrastructure nearby," – Irina shares. The frame technology allowed her to make this dream come true quickly and efficiently.

"You take a plate from the dishwasher and put it here, no need to make this movement," – Irina explains the convenience of such a solution.

Despite its compact size, Irina's house has everything needed for comfortable living. The living room is connected to the kitchen, visually expanding the space. "There's a room that serves as both dining and living room, and there are two bedrooms: my master bedroom and guest bedroom," – the actress explains.

Heat Pump: Saving and Comfort

One of the main features of the house is its modern heating system. Instead of a traditional boiler, a heat pump was installed here.

"It's not an air conditioner, it's much more serious than that. You set the desired temperature and just turn it on, and it heats," – Irina explains. "You can even leave the house, set it to 16 degrees, and when the temperature drops below 16 degrees, it will turn on and heat up. "

According to the manufacturer, such a system can save up to 75% on heating compared to electric radiators.

Ventilation: Fresh Air Without Drafts

The house has a heat recovery ventilation system. It provides constant fresh air supply without the need to open windows.

"It's like a Japanese tradition," – Irina explains. "I was in such a barrel, and I liked it, so I ordered it from the same people who made one for my friend."

The barrel is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three people. The water is heated using an integrated stove, which allows using the bath even in cold weather.

"You can light it up, for example, during the day, and then just sit in it, relax, take photos, spend several hours there, with a bit of fire still burning, add some logs, and sit under the starry sky, in falling snow, with a cup of tea and a glass of wine," – Irina shares her plans.

This bath not only provides relaxation and health benefits but also becomes a focal point for guests, creating a unique atmosphere of rural retreat.
