Using patterned tiles on the floor

A common solution for bathroom floor decoration is tiles. Instead of monochrome material, our heroine chose a colorful option with a print — it's both beautiful and practical, as dust is less visible on patterned tiles.

Olga decorated three walls of the bathroom with standard white tiles, but the wall next to the bathtub was done with accent tiles resembling wood — a natural material or its imitation is currently extremely popular. For the splashback, she chose the same tiles as for the accent wall.

Installing 2-in-1 appliances

Olga's bathroom is very compact — only 3.5 sqm. To use the space efficiently, instead of a modern column, she installed a washing-drying machine. It doesn't take up much space, is convenient to load dirty clothes in the evening, and easy to take out clean and dry ones in the morning.

Using artificial plants

Over the bathtub, Olga has a shelf for shower gels and other personal hygiene products. The bottles are arranged among artificial plants, which bring freshness to the interior.

Reducing visual clutter

All the soap, shampoo, and shower gels in Olga's bathroom are poured into dispensers in a uniform style. It’s easy to get used to this useful habit — the bathroom won’t be cluttered with bright labels, and every element supports the overall aesthetic.
