Take these ideas down for your interior design!

Suspended cabinets, pantries, and various small storage units are obvious solutions for organizing storage. But sometimes they don't work and designers have to find unconventional ways to make the most of the available space. We've collected inspiring examples from projects showing how to beautifully and thoughtfully manage a small area and organize attractive storage.

Bright Bathroom with Hidden Cabinets

To fit everything needed in this compact bathroom, a bold and unusual solution was applied — 30 centimeters were removed from the room. This allowed for several built-in sections, which were closed with bright blue fronts. Behind them is a variety of shelves where you can store anything: from face creams to laundry detergent and towels. In the orange cabinet opposite the shower, a washing machine with a drying function was placed, and there's even more storage space in the upper cabinets.

Bathroom with Corner Sink

In this bathroom, on a small area, it was possible to place a full bathtub and make maximum use of the space for practical purposes. The key secret is a corner countertop vanity with the option to install a washing machine. There's space under the countertop for a laundry basket and a cabinet. The countertop itself can also be used for additional storage: for example, place a neat basket, a small organizer with small items, or neatly folded towels. The placement of a tall pantry unit is also well done — its contents don't draw attention and don't create visual clutter.

Bathroom with a Curtained Partition

This bathroom is only 4 square meters, but there's enough space to store a lot and do laundry behind the curtain. The textile curtain helped remove storage systems and the washing machine from view and made it possible to do without doors or partitions — there's simply no room for them in a compact bathroom. Additionally, the curtain always adds warmth and a fabric with an attractive print enhances this effect. The toilet is hidden behind a partition, and a storage cabinet was placed above the installation. There's also an additional cabinet on the adjacent wall near the sink.

Bathroom with Wall-to-Wall Storage

In this bathroom with retro touches, a large storage system was organized. It is built around the washing machine and smoothly transitions to the adjacent wall as a cabinet under the sink. Built-in cabinets are covered with bright green fronts, behind which there are many shelves of various configurations — they allow for convenient storage of towels, cosmetics, household chemicals, and cleaning supplies.

Bathroom with Functional Niches

The initial layout of the bathroom made it possible to create a niche above the bathtub for shampoos and towels. The niche not only allows for rational use of space but also gives the interior a bright individuality. It was decorated with the same materials used for finishing, so it looks very aesthetically pleasing and keeps all necessary items within reach. Unlike suspended shelves or cabinets, it is placed at wall level and does not obstruct free movement. A storage tank was placed behind the front panel in case of hot water outage during summer.

Bathroom with Diverse Storage Solutions

In this bathroom, every centimeter is used to the fullest. The cabinet above the sink has solid and mirror fronts. It serves multiple functions — it's for storage, acts as a mirror, and enhances the interior design. Under the sink, on the toilet side, there's a sleek suspended shelf. On it you can store toilet paper, air freshener, or decor. There are convenient shelf-niches above the installation and in the shower area, and main storage is organized in a built-in cabinet that runs the full height of the wall.
