Azure Heights by BDSD Boundless Design — Poetic Moments Above the Clouds in Shenzhen

BDSD Boundless Design completed the Azure Heights project, a two-level residence of 600 m² in the prestigious Helios Mansion complex in Shenzhen. The project was created for the family of Amy and her son, vividly interpreting the contemporary concept of "intimate yet separate" living, crafting two distinct but interconnected homes above the urban horizon.

Two Generations, Two Design Languages

Azure Heights represents a portrait of two generations, where each apartment reflects the preferences of its owners while maintaining harmony within the project.

• Apartment 01 (son's family): bold and trendy urban style, infused with Versace's luxurious aesthetic.

• Apartment 02 (Amy's residence): more restrained luxury, blending modern elegance with delicate touches.

This duality symbolizes the balance between family unity and individuality in modern urban living.

Apartment 01 – Fashionable Luxury with Baroque Influences

The son's dwelling emphasizes a black-gold palette, enhanced with baroque-inspired details:

• Versace sofas and handcrafted baroque-patterned carpet form the foundation of the living room.

• The concert corner, adorned with a curved ceiling and relief Versace tiles, creates a dramatic yet serene focal point.

• The open-plan kitchen, clad in smooth black wood, showcases refined understatement.

• The master bedroom evokes a tranquil, cloud-like atmosphere through clean colors and soft textures.

With floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, the interiors blend seamlessly into the cityscape, offering breathtaking views and abundant natural light.

• Bentley furniture and Baxter tables emphasize material richness without excess.

• A translucent wardrobe with thin frames enhances natural light reflection and transparency.

• Fendi high-backed bed ensures comfort and intimacy.

• In the bathroom, figurative tiles add vibrancy, while a freestanding bathtub by the window offers spectacular city views both day and night.
