Apartments Designed with the Spirit of Home Will Make You Think About Interior Renovation

Passing through this hallway, to the right you will reach the reception desk, offering a view of the reception area that embodies the idea of services offered to guests in a personalized manner. The perfect integration of all elements on this floor is evident, creating different atmospheres, like small living areas with varying capacities along a wide and organized path to the end of the floor near the back glass façade wall.

For furnishing this floor, the interior designer chose a classic style with modern touches. The selected colors are very soft natural tones (mainly brown and grey), implemented in furniture, upholstery, lamps, accessories, floors and walls. The result is a very elegant and cozy common space, where you can also spend time reading, talking or just relaxing.

At the end of this same floor is an elevator leading to apartments, as well as access via the main staircase of the building in Art Deco rationalist style. This is another one of the original key details that was preserved from the building and restored with great care to return all its grandeur.

In the middle of the main floor, there is an opening in the wide staircase leading to the basement, framed by an original exposed brick wall connecting the floors. Guests pass through these steps.

The attic area is mainly designed for outdoor relaxation for guests and offers stunning views of the city of Barcelona. It features a pool next to a solarium with sun loungers for tanning, in one section, and in the larger part a terrace with various relaxation spots.
