So, to build such a basket, we will need:

spacers, screws
wheels
mesh made of galvanized steel wire
fabric for lining
a wooden circle as the base.

Take the base circle and wrap it with galvanized steel mesh. Trim excess using wire cutters. Leave a small reserve of 5-7 centimeters at the bottom.
