6 Cozy Ideas We Spotted in Irina Bezhukova's Country House
Beauty in Simplicity
The actress lives in a modern timber-frame house with an area of 66 sq. m;
Natural tones dominate the interior;
Special attention is paid to views from the windows;
Every space is thought out to the smallest detail;
Innovative heating systems were used in the house.
Recently we visited Irina Bezhukova and saw how you can create a truly cozy home without chasing extra square meters. We share our most interesting finds.
Nature as the Main DecoratorThe first thing that catches the eye is the panoramic windows with a view of the forest. Irina admitted that the possibility to observe seasonal changes was the deciding factor in choosing the location. Birch and fir trees create natural privacy, and the lack of a fence only enhances the feeling of living among nature.
Character KitchenThe heart of the house is a kitchen in acacia color. "I wanted something special but also practical," Irina says. An interesting solution is a dish-drying rack in the lower cabinet instead of the usual top placement. This is not only convenient but also helps maintain a light atmosphere in the space.

Thoughtful LightingThere are no flashy chandeliers or black accents in the house. Instead, there is soft spot lighting and carefully selected warm-toned lamps. "In a black room I feel like I'm in a cave," shares the actress, explaining her choice of a light palette.
Pergola Around the PerimeterOne of the most successful decisions is a periphery terrace. It not only creates additional space for relaxation but also protects from the weather. In summer, breakfast can be enjoyed with a view of the forest, and in winter, watch snowfall.
Smart Approach to HeatingInstead of conventional radiators, a modern system with a heat pump and infrared heated floors. "Even in harsh winters, the house is comfortable, and there's no feeling of dry air," notes the homeowner.
Japanese AccentOne deserves special attention - the furo, a traditional Japanese bath barrel in the yard. It's not just a decor element but a full-fledged relaxation space where you can enjoy the view of the starry sky even in winter.
Bonus: The Secret of Coziness"I didn't want huge spaces," admits Irina. "What mattered more was creating a place where every corner would be functional and meaningful."
66 square meters contained everything needed: a spacious living room combined with the kitchen, two bedrooms, and a convenient bathroom. At the same time, the house doesn't feel cramped thanks to panoramic glazing and carefully chosen colors.
