Everything Fits and Even More: Stylish 4 sqm Bathroom

If you approach renovation thoughtfully, even in a compact space, you can create a comfortable and beautiful bathroom with everything you need. We showcase a small bathroom from a 38 sqm apartment designed by Dot and Dash Architects under the leadership of architect Marietta Mnatzakanian.

For finishing, they used tiles in three colors and wall painting in khaki. Warm and cozy floor tiles imitating wood texture look atmospheric and sophisticated. Trendy terrazzo tiles in wet areas and the bathroom screen bring life to the space and add delicate accents. Plumbing is built-in. It doesn't take up much space, looks neat and aesthetically pleasing. To avoid unnecessary visual clutter and make the interior feel lighter, a glass partition was installed instead of curtains.

The room includes several functional zones: a full-sized bathtub, a toilet and sink combination, a washbasin, and a laundry area. Glass shelves were installed in the bathtub niche. They serve a decorative purpose and provide space for cosmetics, gels, and shampoos.

Storage was the main focus, utilizing all available space. A wall-mounted cabinet was installed under the sink with enough room to store dirty laundry baskets. A mirror cabinet above the sink serves as a mirror, storage unit, and adds light and air to the interior. Additional storage is organized in tall cabinets with solid doors reaching the ceiling and sections above the laundry area.

Several lighting scenarios were planned: overhead spotlights, shelf illumination in the bathtub area, and a shelf above the toilet. Additional light sources help create a cozy, relaxing atmosphere and beautifully highlight accents.
