Vibrant Colors in a 43 sqm Euro-Double Interior

Designer Irina Minaeva from Loft & Home studio decorated a vibrant and cheerful interior of a 43 sqm euro-double apartment for rent. Many solutions were budget-friendly and accessible, yet delivered high-quality finishes: excellent air conditioning and humidification systems, proven household appliances, and great sound system for watching TV and listening to music.

"The interior turned out to be moderately restrained, functional, but with a good sense of humor. The main role here is played by color: during the project work, we even called it "Color in the Big City" among ourselves," — explains the designer.

The kitchen is multifunctional: a relatively small cabinet and dining area accommodate everything needed for a quick snack or preparing dinner for guests.

The living room features many unusual combinations of decorative elements: curtains in a cheerful check pattern complement chairs of various shapes and colors, either scattered around the apartment or gathered around the table.

The TV area transitions into a workspace, which has become an essential part of modern life. However, thanks to the unified composition, the table does not clutter the space or draw too much attention; it can also function as a vanity table when needed.

The bedroom is small in area. The decoration used the same decorative techniques: contrasting color combinations, softer tones, variety of textures, and small vibrant elements.

Lighting plays an active role: wall sconces and floor lamps are used as additional lighting and to set the mood.

"The bathroom continues the lighthearted vibe of the apartment, as if saying: 'Yes, our bathtub is quite compact in size, but it's not boring — it’s a cute monkey that always lifts the mood and turns on the lights when needed.' At the same time, all necessary functional elements are well arranged here, including a washing machine with drying function," — says the designer.

The renovation was done by the construction company "SM Project".
