Wallpaper with glassware, Van Gogh's fresco with blooming almond branch: 65 m² trendy home for a family with two daughters
Practical and very cozy interior
This three-room apartment was designed by architect Natalia Samokhina and designer Andrey Baykov for a family with children. The interior was executed in gray, blue, and navy tones as requested by the client.

In addition to a custom-built cabinet, an integrated refrigerator, oven, range hood, and dishwasher were installed.

To highlight a load-bearing column, a display cabinet was built in front of it, and a wine cabinet was placed between the column and window.

In the bathroom, a toilet was combined with a bidet and a shower cabin with a laundrette area was organized.

FinishingsTo make the common area look more spacious, the finishings were based on light gray walls and kitchen, with an accent on the dining area.
In all rooms, Little Greene paint was used. The bedroom was decorated with Harlequin wallpaper with glassware and palm print, while the children's room had a mint color scheme. The bathroom was decorated in a rich blue tone, harmonizing well with the marble-like tiles.

StorageIn the bedroom, there is a bed, wardrobe, and side table. In the children's room for two daughters, two beds, two tables, and a shared wardrobe were placed. Storage solutions, except for the wardrobe in the bedroom, were custom-made. The children's room also includes storage space under the windowsill.

In the bathroom, there is a cabinet for household chemicals and appliances, as well as a cabinet under the sink with a stone countertop.
DecorationInstead of a painting in the living room, a Van Gogh fresco with blooming almond branches was hung. The sculpture 'Nymph' is an original artwork created by designer Andrey before defending his diploma in 2006.
