In the best traditions of the art deco style, this interior features a black and white color scheme. However, it's not strongly contrasting; there are many shades within this palette. Together, they create a magical interior.

Ceiling

When designing the ceiling in this style, the designer kept in mind that an interior is not only furniture and accessories but also a well-designed ceiling. A suspended ceiling is used in this interior. Here, whimsical and intricate lines reign, with a two-level ceiling. The lower level is white and matte, while the upper one is black and glossy. LED lights are built into the lower level. In addition to these, there's other lighting in the interior: a black crystal chandelier in the center of the room and two glass chandeliers above the work surface of the table.

Flooring

The room is visually divided into two zones using the flooring. The first zone, the relaxation area, features grey parquet wood. The second zone, the kitchen, has tile flooring laid out in a checkerboard pattern with black and white squares.

Relaxation Zone

The relaxation zone is primarily a place where one can sit and lie comfortably. In the center of the room stands a large white knitted sofa. To add accents, black pillows are placed on it. The sofa can be unfolded and becomes a sleeping area for two people.

Before the sofa, there is a transparent glass table. But here special elite black glass is used that perfectly fits into the art deco style. Opposite the sofa, there's an unusual cabinet — it is hard to describe in words how unique it is. In the relaxation area, a white carpet with black edging has been laid around the sofa, adding coziness and home warmth.

Photo 2 — A beautiful and unusual relaxation zone

The walls of the living room are covered with grey plaster. However, one wall features a floral lace pattern. This same design is repeated on the curtains. By the way, these curtains are also not lacking in luxury: they are dense tulle with many vertical ribbons. Such curtains have become very fashionable recently.

Kitchen Zone

All kitchen furniture is made from expensive ivory-colored wood. In the center of this zone stands a large dining table that resembles a giant bureau. Around it, bar stools are arranged. All appliances in this interior are built-in, so there's no feeling of cluttered space. As decoration, horizontal black stripes are used on the walls.
