Creative touches are becoming increasingly popular each year: while in the past people simply painted a wall in a different shade, today there are countless options for decoration to suit any taste and color. We've collected seven bedrooms from our heroes, where accent walls truly deserve attention.
Mountains for travelers
Designer Ekaterina Garaschuk created this beautiful interior for a young couple who travel a lot. The clients wanted to decorate the space in a modern style, and Ekaterina fully met this challenge.
Design: Ekaterina GaraschukThe bedroom achieved a wonderful design inspired by one of the main hobbies of the apartment's owners. The wall painting near the headboard was done by artist Irina Yudenkova — thanks to her work, the room now features breathtaking mountains that are hard to look away from. "I wanted this room to bring peace and relaxation, as well as inspire the pursuit of new peaks," explained the designer.

The owner of a small apartment is a girl who practices yoga and vocals, plays piano, and loves traveling. Designer Elena Musychenko transformed the space into a practical two-room flat where the bedroom became a true masterpiece.
Design: Elena MusychenkoPart of the wall behind the headboard was decorated with a wooden panel. This is an excellent solution, as using natural materials in interior design helps bring you closer to nature and is a current trend. Light wood also beautifully contrasts with dark wall tones.

For a family with two sons, designer Tatiana Korolkova planned a bright and original interior. The base color was gray, while the accent was provided by an elegant "Tiffany" tone and contrasting elements in the furniture.
Design: Tatiana KorolkovaThe bedroom aimed to create a feeling of maximum comfort: carefully chosen bed and mattress, and to make the interior more interesting, an impressive accent wall was added. The wall panels were custom-made in a workshop — the elements were assembled into one structure like a puzzle. Soft details were placed in a frame and secured to a square backing — it turned out very beautifully and uniquely.

This apartment is occupied by a client with a teenage son, for whom designer Julia Levina created a practical interior. As a result, each person has their own cozy corner, while the common area allows the whole family to gather and entertain guests.
Design: Julia LevinaThe bedroom deserves special attention: here there is a magnificent light accent wall with a geometric print. Thanks to black cornices and corners, the space becomes more graphic — this approach can be boldly adopted.

Designers from the Blackdot studio created an interior for a young couple working in IT. The main goal was to decorate a modern apartment with interesting details and unusual accents. It seems the bedroom perfectly fits this description.
Design: Blackdot StudioThe wall behind the headboard is decorated with wall panels made from painted MDF: according to the designers, it was hard to find the right shade. They had to go through many trial color samples, but the result justified the effort: the accent wall turned out restrained, stylish, and minimalist.
