Light interior with interesting accents
The basis of the interior is a combination of light background, American walnut finishing, and furniture in rich tones. The floor features engineered parquet and two types of ceramic tile. Most of the furniture is custom-made according to designer's sketches and drafts. The office is separated from the living room by a mirrored partition with two sliding glass doors. This solution makes the interior lighter, airier, and visually expands the space.

To decorate the living room in a Stalin-era apartment, the designer used white paint on walls and ceiling – it is easy to restore even without matching a color. This base can easily accommodate different colors according to mood. For example, yellow reminds of vacation and complements gold fixtures. The wall behind the sofa was decorated with a painting by Turkish artist Hulia Ozdemir. For the floor, they chose 'pine' parquet that blends perfectly with full-height windows, forged balconies, and the overall interior.
