«Bairamiks» — ready-colored marble powder. Recently, «Bairamiks» has been produced in Tver Oblast. Manufacturers claim it is an environmentally clean product with a 25-year durability.

For interior finishing, fine and medium-finished marble powder is typically used (Bairamiks Luxori, Bairamiks Gold, Bairamiks Solar, as well as Bairamiks Saftaş and Bairamiks Mineral), while medium and coarse grades are used for facades (Bairamiks Macromineral, Bairamiks Micromineral, and Bairamiks Mineral).

Application tips for marble plaster:
  • Surface priming. The primer is selected based on the material's absorption capacity. If the surface is absorbent, apply an acrylic primer first. If the wall is sufficiently strong, this precaution may be omitted.
  • If the surface is smooth, it is better to lightly sand it to improve adhesion of the applied material.
  • After applying the base primer, apply a second primer that matches the color of the powder to even out the overall wall tone.
  • Use a steel trowel of 35 cm or larger for application. Begin carefully spreading the marble powder across the wall, pressing it firmly with the trowel and stretching it evenly. Ideally, the coating thickness should equal one particle of the material.
  • The wall should be covered from corner to corner in a single pass; otherwise, seams may appear when applying to dry powder.
  • After application, gently smooth the wall with a steel float after 15–20 minutes.
