LVF House by PSV Architects in Villa Allende, Argentina
The architects from PSV Arquitectura designed the LVF House in Argentina. This modern home features approximately 3,000 square feet and is located on two levels, but what stands out most is the integration of landscape into its design — both externally and internally.

The house begins with a volumetric structure forming a horseshoe on the first floor and an adjacent prism that forms the second level. This arrangement allows for a central courtyard organizing and illuminating the house, as well as ensuring proper spatial coordination.
Functionally, the horseshoe allows for a clear separation and distinction between two key areas of the residential building's daytime space — a more private sector for kitchen and dining, as well as a purely social area housing the living room and gallery. Both spaces are connected by a central horseshoe sector that acts as a distribution point and vertical axis of movement, as well as the central courtyard dividing and visually linking them while providing lighting and a connection with nature inside the home.
The placement of the gallery and public areas is not accidental, as it closely relates to the site's background, usage, and pleasure. On the upper floor, this distribution works similarly: the central vertical axis separates bedrooms and the main suite, ensuring independence and privacy for the latter.
Regarding facade expression, there is an emphasis on highlighting the combination of volumes using stone and glass as a base upon which the white prism of the upper volume is placed.
