The Lemariz İzmir residential complex project, developed by architects XL Architecture + Engineering in line with new housing architecture standards in the post-pandemic period.

Lemariz İzmir, featuring the most spacious apartments located in the forest with views of the entire Izmir Bay, and situated on one of the most earthquake-resistant plots, meets new housing architecture standards in the post-pandemic period.

Lemariz İzmir aims to provide its residents with the latest technologies, including panoramic elevators, a infinity-edge pool, gardens, and facade lighting systems. Apartments will be equipped with smart home and automation systems, as well as Vitra & Artema plumbing fixtures, imported laminate flooring, Lineadecor kitchen and Franke appliances. Facades will be covered with decorative stone structure and textured coating, featuring glass balconies, while facade and garden lighting will be executed using LED systems.

The Lemariz İzmir complex, consisting of 90 apartments and 10 villas, is being developed by the joint venture Dumlular Cons. Co. and MCZ Cons. Co., offering a safe closed community with guarded parking for each apartment and extensive social facilities including an open pool, gym, kindergarten, market, and children's play area. The Lemariz İzmir project is planned to be completed within 24 months.
