In the very heart of New Delhi, Ledor World by Studio Dashline reinterprets the timeless elegance of traditional London tea rooms through the lens of modern design. The design transforms an irregular urban plot into an elegant interior filled with marble, wood, handcrafted tiles, and bronze accents. Every element celebrates traditional European luxury while maintaining the cultural diversity of modern India.

Concept: A Revised History

The vision for Ledor World was to create a space that feels like a journey through eras, where the grace of the past meets the comfort of today. Inspired by the intimate sophistication of British tea rooms, Studio Dashline crafted an interior that weaves storytelling with spatial innovation.

The design uses the unusual geometry of the site as a defining element. Instead of hiding its irregular angles, architects embraced them to create key design features:

The coffee bar follows the natural flow of the space, becoming a sculptural centerpiece.
The seating area evolves from a low partition to a high bar table, creating sectional depth and dynamism.
The mosaic floor and patterned surfaces reflect London's artisanal traditions while connecting the space to Indian craftsmanship.
