House with Bricks by Martin Alorasa
Martin Alorasa designed the House with Bricks in the private Golf Aldea area, outside the city of Rosario in Argentina. This is a family house of 2,500 square feet with a unique brick facade.

From the private Golf Aldea area outside Rosario, we received a request for a family house with certain requirements: a large gallery, some isolation from the street, and potential future expansion for a main bedroom.
Plot dimensions similar to those of the ML house designed in our studio encourage us to rise to the next level and again develop a compact mass, controlled by structural sequence and shifts, but this time in both directions.
That the boundary is near the square encourages us to create empty space to include this square in the project. That's where we open a 'view' for observing children playing in the house.

The bedroom suite advances to the end of the plot to free space for a semi-open large area requested by us, as well as several internal courtyards.
These movements radically define the structure, which this time not only conceals the brick surface in search of broader constructive interaction with the neighborhood but also disrupts construction logic playfully.
The material choice also respects the work of architect Marcelo Villani, carried out nearby.
