Located near Bandar Sunway, Green Housing offers a harmonious blend of water, greenery, and style, creating sophisticated living spaces with form and functionality. This elegant residential complex consists of 3 towers standing at 35, 35, and 37 floors respectively, complemented by luxury lifestyle shops and 34 modern recreational facilities hidden within the urban retreat on the basement level.

The towers accommodate a total of 816 residential apartments, while 18 retail stores are located directly beneath the parking block. The mixed-use project offers a wide variety of apartment types and layouts to attract various market segments. Most residential units offer views of the central landscaped park with large swimming pools and green spaces, while others overlook the cityscape of Bandar Sunway.

The tower design employs clean architectural lines with soft hues to create a stylish and contemporary language. To soften the urban wall characteristic of high-rise buildings, green elements such as waterfall sky gardens and pocket gardens are introduced at various levels. Designed with sustainability in mind, this project is also provisionally certified under the Green Building Index for outstanding green building design.
