Elite World of Kuşadası by Architect Eşim Koçanlı: Sophisticated Coastal Resort
Elite World of Kuşadası by Architect Eşim Koçanlı redefines modern hospitality through a seamless blend of luxury, comfort and natural elegance. Located in Aydın, Turkey, this outstanding hotel project conveys the spirit of Kuşadası's coastal beauty through a harmonious architectural and interior language. Designed by architect Eşim Koçanlı, the hotel is a statement of refined aesthetic principles and high functionality, offering guests an exceptional stay experience.
Modern Elegance with a Natural Soul
From the moment guests enter the hotel, they are greeted by a spacious lobby with high ceilings exuding sophistication and grandeur. Full-glass panels flood the space with natural light, while the combination of natural materials—especially wood and handcrafted ceramics—creates a calm ambiance. The lobby bar is a key design element, featuring large-format ceramics and warm wooden bar panels. Textures, materials, and lighting come together to create a timeless and cozy communal center.
Stunning Rooms with Panoramic Ocean Views
The Elite World of Kuşadası offers 160 rooms, each thoughtfully designed to make the breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea a central part of the experience. Large windows and spacious balconies bring nature indoors, while interiors are styled in earthy tones and natural textures reflecting the surrounding landscape. Wooden floors, velvet bedheads, and functional furniture balance style and comfort. Rooms are equipped with ample storage, modern lounging areas, and cutting-edge technology, ensuring a premium living experience.
Hallways Inspiring Creativity
Even the hallways and circulation zones of the hotel were designed as an aesthetic experience. Illuminated with soft lighting and clad in natural stone, these spaces carry artistic details that enhance their architectural value. More than just passageways, they serve as connecting spaces embodying the hotel's design philosophy of harmony and flow.
Seaside Wellness Sanctuary
The SPA and wellness services, also designed by Eşim Koçanlı, offer a quiet sanctuary with a luxurious atmosphere. Based on the use of natural stone and modern ceramic finishes, the wellness center includes a traditional Turkish bath, private massage rooms, and an indoor pool. The SPA lobby, illuminated by warm natural light, is decorated with soft seating and muted colors creating a meditative, soothing atmosphere ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Dining with Design at Its Heart
The Elite World of Kuşadası features two exquisite restaurants that merge modern simplicity with visual richness. Ceramic wall panels and natural stone tables create an immersive dining environment. Artistic accents are evident in the ceramic details on the walls, transforming dining halls into visually captivating spaces where cuisine meets spatial storytelling. Every meal here becomes more than just a delicious dish—it's a spectacular visual experience.
Architectural Philosophy Rooted in Place
With deep respect for the natural and cultural environment, the project draws from regional textures and materials, translating them into a contemporary language. The design reflects Eşim Koçanlı's core belief that space should evoke emotion and comfort, while maintaining functionality and beauty. The result is a hotel that not only welcomes guests but also tells a story—of place, precision, and purpose.
