Copenhagen Vacation Among Danish Design Culture
They never cease to amaze us with how some families rent out their homes for holidays, displaying all their personal belongings for everyone to see.
This is a wonderful house where you can feel the warmth of family, their taste and passions. Here they enjoy reading, playing, cooking, enjoying the street, being together and everyone has their own space.
PinterestThe house is located in Frederiksberg, one of the most densely populated areas of Denmark in Copenhagen, so the small garden seems like a magnificent luxury. As we mentioned, it can be rented for holidays. And they do this authentically, with everything on display and all accessible, so if we want to read a book in the garden, play, take the kids or start cooking a local dish, we can do it at our own discretion.
This is not what you expect when renting a holiday cottage, where decorations are usually quite modest, but the reward is full because it gives an authentic insight into how local residents live and what accessories or design they use most often. We find this very enriching, and it's something you can't achieve by staying in a hotel.
Moreover, since the house is so close to the city center, the location is excellent for exploring the surroundings without issues of distance and transportation.
We love the wooden work of this house, the floors, large windows and French doors that nicely connect spaces, such as the living room with the kitchen.
The youth room is also worth mentioning, very Nordic, modern, with different elements that seem out of place but ultimately create a very personal and unique space. Would you like to go away to Copenhagen for this house for a few days? What do you think?
