Ciruelo 7 House by Warm Architects

The Ciruelo 7 House is a beautiful compact modern residence located in Cancun, Mexico. The home's space of just over 1500 square feet is distributed across three levels. The project was developed by the architectural studio Warm Architects and created with consideration for the stunning view that the tropical landscape offers.

The Ciruelo 7 House includes a living space of 155 square meters, occupying a plot measuring 7 x 15 meters. Located on the outskirts of Cancun, Mexico, the architectural program distributes space across three levels: living room, dining area, kitchen, backyard, storage, four bedrooms, laundry room, service areas, and a terrace.

The dense architectural program, lot zoning, and future buildings allow the creation of a space measuring 7 x 9 x 9 meters with an internal configuration prioritizing the quality of spatial perception and interior perspectives. Inside, double-height ceilings visually connect the public program on the first floor with the private zone of the second. The core staircase creates a path with selective views throughout the house: from the first floor to the garden, through the first floor to the double-height ceiling area and to the second landing leading to the private terrace, where light and natural ventilation ensure a smooth movement along the staircase.

The main facade side opens to an attractive street view using tropical wood 'Catalox' in a grid pattern covering the upper part. The assembly system implemented by local carpenters ensures natural light and privacy for internal spaces.
