Charming Second-Hand Nordic Mini-Flat
Budget doesn't always accompany us to have the opportunity to choose a new construction home, but we can also achieve a lot by buying secondary housing.
Whether it's purchased or rented out, secondary housing can be an excellent option for living. Using a little creativity and not too big expenses, it's quite realistic to decorate it cozy and functionally. Let's look at this 21 m² mini-apartment: upon closer inspection of the photos, it's clear that the finishing, materials and furniture are not perfect or the latest models, but this does not mean they are unsuitable or unsafe.
We've written many times that in used housing, deep cleaning, superficial repair of minor damages and several layers of white paint can transform the worst housing into an enchanting place, and this is really true. In this apartment everything is one color — white from floor to ceiling. Since the area is small, they didn't want to overload elements, colors or contrasts for a slight feeling of spaciousness.
This is ideal housing for a student, without luxury but with everything necessary for independent and comfortable living. In other mini-apartments with high ceilings, like this one, we've seen how they raise the bed to the attic with storage — a great idea.
An alternative could have been living in student dorms or renting housing with others, but as first housing it seems very cozy and ideal for a young person. What do you think?
