Technologies in Irina Bezuglova's House: What Surprised Us
Example of well-planned home design
When we visited Irina Bezuglova for a visit, we expected to see just a cozy country house. Instead, we found a space packed with modern technologies. We tell about the most interesting solutions.
Main points from the article:
A 66 sq. m house built using frame construction technology;
An innovative heating system was used;
Large windows do not cause heat loss;
A smart security system was designed;
The house features only energy-efficient solutions.
Smart Heating
Instead of traditional radiators, a heat pump is used, which looks like an air conditioner. In summer it cools, and in winter it heats. 'Set the desired temperature and forget about it,' explains Irina. The system maintains a comfortable microclimate on its own.
Infrared heating under the floor. We tested it: even on a cool day, you can walk barefoot. At the same time, there is no dry air like with regular radiators.

Windows Without Heat Loss
Large windows in a country house usually mean high heating bills. Not here, though. Special gas is used between the panes of glass to keep the heat in. We personally tested it — even close to the window, there is no cold.

Security Without Fences
An interesting solution — abandoning a fence in favor of a smart security system. Cameras installed around the property are connected to the owner's phone. 'You can check at any time what is happening around the house,' says the actress.

Japanese Technologies
A special pride — a Japanese bath barrel (furo) in the yard. It uses an advanced water heating system that maintains temperature for a long time. You can relax and enjoy the stars even in winter.

Why This Works
The main secret is proper planning. Calculations were made for every system before installation. 'I consulted with a specialist in technical supervision who checked all stages of construction,' shares Irina.

What Was Achieved in the End:
A house that loses almost no heat;
Comfortable microclimate without complex settings;
Security without heavy fences;
Reasonable utility bills.
