New House of Irina Bezrukova: from plot to housewarming
Visit to a stylish and modern star's home
The story of Irina Bezrukova's new house began by chance — the actress came to rest at a friend's glamping and fell in love with the location. "I looked left, I looked right and realized that I wanted this clearing," Irina says.
Main points of the article:
The actress searched for a plot for two years;
The house was built using timber frame technology;
Area — 66 square meters;
The house has three rooms and a terrace around the perimeter;
- Special attention was paid to views from windows.
Why exactly here
The location turned out to be perfect: not too close to the MKAD, but also not too far. The main thing was finding a plot surrounded by forest. Around grow oaks, birches, maples and firs. A river flows below, creating a natural boundary of the property.
Technology choice
The decision in favor of a timber frame house was practical: it is assembled at the factory in a warm room and installed on-site in one day. "I didn't want to live on a construction site for years, change crews, count sand," explains the actress.
Layout without excess
The house has only three rooms, but every square meter works:
Spacious living room with kitchen;
Master bedroom;
Guest room;
Convenient bathroom;
Terminus around the perimeter of the house.
Special solutions
One of the main features of the house is panoramic windows. "I wanted to watch how seasons change, how snow falls," shares Irina. That is why the living room and bedroom have large windows with a view of the forest.
What was achieved in the end
Warm even in freezing weather;
Easy to maintain;
Functional;
Filled with light.
"I didn't want huge spaces. What mattered more was creating a place where every corner would be functional and meaningful," says the actress.
Plus
A Japanese furo-bath sauna appeared in the yard — a place where you can warm up and watch the stars even in winter. There is no fence around the plot — it was replaced by a modern security system with cameras.
