Mistake in drain installation

During renovation, the location of sanitary fixtures is often changed. It's always important to consider system functionality.

For example, don't move the toilet more than two meters from the main sewer line — otherwise, a serious floor leveling may be required. For the pipe to function properly, it must have a slope of at least 4 degrees.

Improper reconfiguration approval

There are certain mandatory requirements for bathroom reconfiguration. For example, the bathroom must not extend into living space or kitchen area.

Expanding the bathroom is allowed only at the expense of non-living space — corridor, storage room. Reconfiguration with violations will not be registered, and you'll have to return everything to its original place.

Towel radiator

A towel radiator is an important detail in the interior of any bathroom. By drying humid air and towels, it helps create the right climate in the bathroom and prevents mold and mildew growth. Additionally, it's important that it fits into the overall decor and is convenient to use.

For example, it's not advisable to install a towel radiator above the toilet, otherwise towels may fall into it accidentally.
