Very Beautiful Swedish Interior That You Want to Look At for Hours
True Scandinavian Style
Today we offer you to get acquainted with an interesting and fresh design of a Swedish apartment in a house from 1887. Such a variant will appeal to those who prefer light tones in interior design and Scandinavian style.

- Total area: 55 m²;
- Rooms: two rooms and a kitchen;
- Year of construction: 1887
Architectural Features
In this apartment, you can see many beautiful and original architectural details of that time. The space is spacious with high wooden ceilings, a tile stove, moldings, ceiling fixtures, and quite tall windows. Let's see how all this beauty was combined with modern renovation, a new kitchen and bathroom.

Kitchen
The kitchen is decorated in white and olive tones, which looks elegant when combined with wood. Modern built-in appliances are integrated into the interior, as well as shelves and cabinets of open and closed types that blend perfectly with the hood.
The center features a dining table covered with a linen tablecloth and wooden carved chairs of contrasting color. The work area is illuminated by modern pendant lights that add accent to the room. Living plants refresh the atmosphere, and kitchen accessories bring comfort.

Lounge
In the corner of the lounge, a stunning stove inherited from the past fits perfectly into the modern renovation of the apartment. Near it, you can sit on a cozy armchair on quiet autumn evenings with a cup of hot cocoa. Moldings decorate the stove and ceiling around the perimeter.

In another part of the room, an accent sofa with a bench and a coffee table are placed. For storage in the lounge, a chest of drawers was provided, but its color and style allow it to blend completely with the white walls without appearing bulky. Above the chest hangs a plasma TV panel, and as implicit decoration — several posters around the room.

Bedroom
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a large walk-in closet, inside which an original round mirror is built in. The ceilings in the apartment are high, and a special ladder allows reaching the upper shelves of the closet. The bedroom ceiling is also decorated with moldings and an elegant fixture in the center. Overall, the interior is strictly in Scandinavian style.

Bathroom
The bathroom is small, but that didn’t prevent placing all necessary items in it. Light beige tiles were used for the finish — making the room seem more spacious and bright. In one corner, a shower with a glass partition is installed, opposite which an integrated sink with a wooden towel rack is placed. A large round mirror with backlighting makes the design more modern and luxurious.

Hallway
The hallway is, perhaps, the only bright room in the apartment. Here, decorative wallpaper with a plant pattern was used for the walls, and an accent mirror in full height with a gold carved frame is mounted on the wall.
Despite its small size, the hallway has a spacious wardrobe decorated with gilded trim. If needed, the ladder from the bedroom can be moved to the hallway for easier access to upper shelves.
For storing shoes, open shelves are located under the wardrobe. A jute rug on the floor helps emphasize the Scandinavian style.
