Cute Swedish Cottage with Open Balcony
This cottage with a fireplace and light cozy rooms will appeal to everyone who is tired of city hustle
This charming two-story cottage is located in the suburbs of Stockholm, in the village of Pershagen. The small building was originally built in 1928, but over time, several additions were made to it, and a garage was also installed. The cottage has now been restored and turned into a cozy vacation home.
On two floors, there is a spacious kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, recreation rooms, and a laundry room. There is also an open balcony where you can have lunch or drink tea outdoors.
If the exterior of the cottage was made bright, then inside more calm tones were chosen — part of the walls were painted in white and grey tones, and the others decorated with printed wallpapers.
In some rooms, wainscoting was used — it was also painted white. The floor was laid with warm-toned planks.
The interior was complemented with commemorative items — there are many interesting vintage objects here: mirrors, paintings, decorative and textile items. To make the interior look more lively and welcoming, the owners of the cottage decorated it with planters with green plants.
The living room has a wood-burning fireplace where you can spend cozy family evenings.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden: here grow cypress trees, apple and pear trees, rhododendrons, lilac, and lavender. They will soon bloom, and the view from the windows will become even more beautiful.
A tent was set up on the plot and a dining area was created — you can host guests and breathe fresh air. There is also an outdoor shower and a jacuzzi.
