Modern elegance is more than aesthetics; it's a design philosophy that combines classic elements with contemporary functionality. This concept formed the basis of the 141 m² family home in Jaworzno, designed by Tomasz Kaim and Agnieszka Drużkowski from studio kaim.work.

The result is a refined dialogue between timeless and modern elements, creating a vibrant yet harmonious space for a young family that values both everyday comfort and refined style.

Living Room and Kitchen – The Heart of the Home

The open-plan layout unites the kitchen, dining room and living room — the center of daily life and aesthetic expression.

A palette of light tones—cashmere, white, ivory and warm beige—enhances the sense of spaciousness. Natural grooved parquet serves as an elegant foundation, complemented by a soft modular sofa, dark accent tables and Cattelan Italia dining table with patterned chairs.

The kitchen blends functionality and sophistication, featuring smooth gray cabinetry, gold handles and a marble-effect countertop, also serving as a breakfast area. Integrated appliances maintain the minimalist elegance.

Guest Bathroom – A Dramatic Surprise

Despite its compact size, the guest bathroom leaves a strong impression. Matt black walls and decorative cornices create a bold theatrical atmosphere.

The sculptural Rex Ceramiche sink from quartz composite is the central element, while marble tiles and soft LED lighting transform the space into a cozy, luxurious corner.

Living Room – Gentle Elegance

The master bedroom is designed for tranquility, with a soft palette of beige, cream and gray. A high resilient headboard anchors the composition, while Night lamps by Lee Broom add light and sculptural accents.

A custom wardrobe with ribbed and mirror fronts expands the perception of space, while a separate bathroom completes the layout.

Main Bathroom – A Home Spa

The main bathroom combines daily comfort with spa luxury. The freestanding bathtub sits by a large window, letting in daylight while maintaining privacy.

Large quartz tiles with fine venation cover the space, and the shower cabin with glass walls and Gessi fittings in bronze emphasize elegance and consistency.

Children's Room – Playful and Functional

The children’s room balances creativity with safety. A loft bed, climbing wall and stairs encourage movement and play, while green accents and wooden elements add warmth.

Entrance Hall and Second Bathroom – Elegance in Details

The entrance hall reflects the home’s design concept with marble quartz finishes, decorative cornices and custom storage. A sculptural wall lamp adds an artistic touch to the foyer, while the floor transitions smoothly into classic grooved parquet.

The second bathroom differs from the guest bathroom but remains light and airy. Soft beige and ivory tones, ribbed cabinetry and round chandeliers create a cozy and elegant space for guests.
