Control Panel in Zhangzhou by PANDA NANA
Happiness is not under our control, but joy is different. We can take control of predictable happiness tonight, aimless journeys, story plots and future directions.
What is the future? The present is the future of the past; the future is the future of the present. Based on the CONTROL brand concept, PANDA NANA extracts the urban essence of Zhangzhou to interpret an alcohol culture unique to CONTROL through a highly mechanical, technological and futuristic space.
We will fight to the end with the fanatic, mad and arrogant religion of the past – a religion encouraged by evil existence in museums. We rise against this soulless worship of old paintings, old statues and old junk, against everything that is dirty, rotten and rusty with time. We must have the courage to rise against all.

Rust, avant-garde, fearlessness will be the key factor of the space.
Overcoming traditional understanding of cocktail and whiskey bar, the project reflects a raw, avant-garde and fearless aesthetic derived from futurism through an interior created with artistic sense and technology, creating the illusion of being in a future world. Starting from the façade, the distorted network becomes part of the building where two-dimensional walls provide a three-dimensional visual effect, transforming an ordinary façade into a beautiful sculpture. At the same time, it adds more positive visual appeal to attract more consumers and boost sales.
The entire interior breaks all boundaries and definitions. From the exterior to the interior, rounded lines and grids fill the space with a modern digital atmosphere. Additionally, whether it's an astronaut at the entrance or "premature humans" behind the bar, all installations are specifically created for CONTROL. The design enhances spatial recognition and provides consumers with an online-famous spot to create perfect moments and post on social media, thus attracting more young curious customers.

A magnificent world has found new beauty. The beauty of speed becomes rich and graceful.
As in futuristic paintings, interior design demonstrates dynamic aesthetics using organic curves and changing light to create an immersive multi-profile experience.
The three-dimensional visual network wall composed of organic curves breaks the sense of boundaries and axial connection in space. It also overcomes horizontal and vertical layouts, offering a pioneering visual experience.
Lighting and color are themes of the space. Lighting can change colors and flicker frequencies based on different musical styles and scenes, considering all customer needs. When light reflects off the stainless steel wall, it spreads throughout every corner of the space, making the experience fully immersive. The entire interior is imbued with a sense of transformation and movement caused by light and color.

Time has stopped since yesterday
No matter the design approach, it must represent a simple state from a commercial perspective. Let time stop here so consumers want to spend more time in the space. When customers who come here wish to return and even invite more guests, a high degree of commercial space loyalty is achieved.
To reach this goal, the first priority must be satisfying the feeling of place identity and sense of belonging in line with new lifestyle. At the beginning of the project, the design team considered maximizing functionality, operations and scenarios. In addition to thematic space design dedicated to future control, designers also undertook brand design that expands the feeling of blur, avant-garde and science fiction in spatial design. Using materials with different textures and saturation levels, enhanced by various retro-technological elements, brand design presents a visual effect matching the space.
The project fully integrates space and brand design, so it can not only meet basic functional and psychological needs at the experience level but also give consumers a sense of social identity, including richness, status, achievements, as well as belonging to class, ethnic group and society at large. Thus, it possesses the main driving force for awakening identification, sympathy and even customer loyalty to the brand.
