Every decision here is intentional: even the ceiling color was chosen as a design element

In a ready-to-move-in apartment, people often cut costs on bathroom finishing by making it simple, neutral, and without creativity. But designer Tatiana Petrova took a different path: she transformed the small bathroom into one of the most stylish areas in the apartment. There's nothing extra here, but there is character, mood, and attention to detail. And it all came together within a reasonable budget.

The base is marble-like tile used on three surfaces — walls, floor, and bathtub edges. This technique unifies the space and visually expands it.

Accent elements include black decorative details: small geometric patterns on the main wall and an elegant motif on the floor near the bathtub. This adds life to the interior, removes sterility, and connects with the overall apartment style.

The big surprise is the ceiling. It was painted a deep emerald green, the same shade used on the kitchen backsplash and in the living room. This step might seem risky, but in reality, it works to the benefit of the space by adding depth and visually lifting the walls.

The plumbing is minimalist and from reliable brands: a sink with a compact basin, a wall-mounted toilet, and a built-in bathtub with a tropical shower. Open storage was installed above the fixtures: three wooden shelves placed conveniently and not cluttering the interior.

Here you can fit towels, cosmetics, decorative items in baskets, and even plants.

Faucets and hardware are in chrome, which adds clarity to the interior. The mirror with a black frame and soft angles continues the graphic theme, visually increasing the height of the room due to its elongated vertical design.

A light, uncluttered vanity cabinet facade completes the look while maintaining a sense of spaciousness.
