The designer managed to maintain visual cleanliness without sacrificing storage space

The entryway in the apartment is compact, and its task is not to create a feeling of a passage but to become part of the interior. The client, a fan of vintage furniture and calm solutions, requested a light and unobtrusive yet spacious space. Designer Tatiana Atyukina opted for the masking technique.

Everything is thought out so that the entryway does not stand out from the apartment's aesthetics but looks like its continuation. It turned out to be practical, yet there is no feeling of entering a utility area.

The main elements are a tall cabinet with facades in wall color and vintage mirror. The cabinet solution literally 'dissolved' the storage system into space: it doesn't look bulky or oppressive. At the same time, there is enough depth to accommodate seasonal clothes, shoes and accessories.

The floor covering continues from the room, visually uniting the zones.

Everything is fully enclosed and organized, a sense of order is created immediately — from the first step.

This entryway is proof that storage areas don't have to be visible. Even in a standard layout, you can organize a functional space without compromising the integrity of the interior.
