It features a spacious kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, an entrance hall that can also serve as a study or additional bedroom, a boiler room, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The house is distinguished by the latest solutions in design and technology: panoramic fireplace, floors made of natural wood with special finishing, black cabinetry contrasting against matte wooden walls, smart home system, and more.

The living room, kitchen, and dining area are united into a spacious common zone. Stylish black cabinetry adds a sense of order, neatness, and depth to the bright space. The black facades blend harmoniously with white countertops featuring an integrated white sink and cooktop. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a standalone black refrigerator and extractor.

Special attention was given to items that help in cooking, as they complete the design.
