Take these ideas for your own use

At her suburban country estate, designer Natasha Sorokina created a wonderful and functional relaxation area. The veranda became the main place for family leisure during warm weather, where every family member could find a spot suited to their preferences. Thanks to the carefully planned design by Natalia, cozy nooks for rest were created on a soft sofa, spaces for creativity and children's games. In summer, even the kids splash in tubs on the veranda, and everyone is satisfied.

Notice the furniture chosen by the designer for the veranda. Vibrant accents were created using red vintage tables and a console table, although in reality they are from IKEA. Natasha painted and aged these pieces herself, adding beautiful ceramic handles to the console and brass fittings to the table.

Actually, what appears to be a dining table is just a regular interior door. Her husband used it as a support during renovation. But it turned out to be so convenient that Natasha gave it a second life.

The door was bordered with planks, tiled with various-format tiles, and grouted. This resulted in a full-fledged dining table that is so heavy it's always left outdoors. It has already survived three seasons and feels great!Photo: in style , Home and Country Estate, Country Terrace, Country Veranda – photo on our websitePhoto: in style , Home and Country Estate, Country Terrace, Country Veranda – photo on our websitePhoto: in style , Home and Country Estate, Country Terrace, Country Veranda – photo on our websiteNatasha also has another personal touch – a planter made from an old family barrel for fermenting cabbage.

For her children, Natasha provided a sandbox on the estate grounds. It is shaped like a ship, and the sail made from parachute fabric protects the little ones from harsh summer sunshine.
