7 Simple Solutions for the Entrance Hall That Everyone Can Replicate
Clean Corridor Without a Designer
While looking for the next dose of interior inspiration, we found ourselves visiting Irina Orlova. The spacious 65 m² apartment pleased its owner in every way except for the color scheme — and she changed it herself. Today, we'll tell you about the stylish touches Irina used in her entrance hall.
1. Blue Front Door
In a completely white entrance hall with an area of 5.8 m², the homeowner decided to make a bold and unusual accent — an indigo-toned door panel. It should be said that this touch not only refreshed but also beautified the space. Bravo for the boldness!

2. Tall Cabinets
Another interesting solution was buying two tall cabinets with ante-rooms from the IKEA brand. They are so spacious that they allow storing not only footwear and clothes, but also an ironing board with a vacuum cleaner. As a result — excellent space-saving in the apartment!

3. Convenient Rain Boots Rack
Irina borrowed the idea of a rain boots rack from her previous apartment. On the lower shelves, she stacks shoes, and on the upper one — various household accessories such as keys and a wallet. Agree, functional and unobtrusive?

4. Ceramic Granite Floor
The floor finishing was done using ceramic granite with a beautiful pattern. It not only looks stylish but also offers an economical solution, as such floors are very durable and easy to clean from stains.

5. Non-Marking Walls
Despite the absolute whiteness of the walls, they are easy to clean. Irina planned this in advance and decided to use special washable paint for finishing. This is a great solution if there are children in the house (moms will understand).

6. Floor and Baseboards
The owner compensated for the three-meter-high ceilings in the apartment through 8-centimeter baseboards. They don't clutter the space and make it more harmonious.

7. Bright Lighting
The corridor is always bathed in sunlight — thanks to powerful spotlights on the ceiling! This type of lighting suits those who love brightness in all its forms.
