Scandinavian Apartment with Thoughtful Storage
As befits a typical Stockholm apartment, this 80-square-meter flat looks bright and airy. According to the interior styling concept by Swedish real estate agency Entrance, white was chosen as the main color, which was used to paint the walls in public areas and the hallway.
Light-colored finishes and textiles in the bedroom and children's room are also light, but instead of paint — wallpapers with botanical prints by William Morris.

Stylists approached storage solutions with particular attention. In addition to the kitchen cabinet, they designed a niche with open shelves where spices, kitchen gadgets, or beautiful dishes can be placed, and a wardrobe to hide the refrigerator.

In the living area, a bookshelf was designed with an open layout: decorators believe that there is no need to hide from guests one's love for reading, and books and magazines can serve as excellent interior decor. A similar shelf was also installed in the children's room.

The entrance hall and bathrooms were designed using ideas from IKEA. A glass-fronted display cabinet and a cozy, spacious dresser address the needs of storing household chemicals and small items like gloves or keys.
For the bedroom, white wardrobes were provided (by the way, the same as on the kitchen) and another display unit where decorators unexpectedly suggest storing... shoes. Why not? Just like books, elegant boots or unusual sandals can also serve as great interior decorations.
