Small and Charming Duplex with Excellent Architectural Plan
SMALL DUPLEX
The apartment is a duplex near the beach in Lugo. It has an area of 30 square meters per floor, and although it is a new build, we made some changes. First of all, we removed the partition that was at the entrance. Before, you entered the floor and ended up in a closed space. Now you enter and everything is open. To create a sense of brightness, we painted all the wooden finishes in white, including on the staircase.
KEY: USE SOFT TONES

To use the living room when guests come over, they installed a sofa bed. The wallpaper on the walls has a textile effect and adds coziness. A next resource was placing a painting with the same colors as the decor.
