PR House by Architect Laercio Fabiano in Bauru, Brazil
PR House is an impressive modern residence located in the city of Bauru, Brazil. It was designed by the architecture studio Laercio Fabiano Arquitetura and offers just under 3,000 square feet of minimalist modern living spaces surrounded by landscape design.

Located in the city of Bauru, São Paulo state, Brazil, with a total area of 259.45 m² on a plot of 450 m², the PR House was designed to improve family interaction and communication through integrated common spaces. Large windows on all sides of the rooms and kitchen provide views to the relaxation area and gardens facing the property.
Its sloped metal roof is a key feature of the project, providing excellent natural lighting throughout the day. The facade uses timeless materials (concrete, wood, steel and glass) to create a cohesive visual balance complemented by minimalist landscape design. In the living room and dining area, wood Kamaru panels form the ceiling and walls of the sloped roof, creating a cozy atmosphere and refined design.
The intimate zone of the house was designed as a minimal dwelling space, reinforcing the concept of communication and family life.
