The Peninsula House is an outstanding architectural project located in Piracaia, São Paulo State, Brazil. Situated on a narrow strip of land protruding into a reservoir, the Peninsula House uses its natural conditions with a design that opens panoramic views to the water. The building layout follows the natural topography of the landscape, allowing the structure to integrate harmoniously with the terrain.

Full glazing and open terraces erase the boundary between interior and exterior spaces, creating a strong connection with the surrounding environment. Natural light penetrates into the interiors, enhancing the peaceful atmosphere of the house.

Warm, minimalist interiors with a nature palette

Studio Fabricio Rodrigues created interiors reflecting a minimalist approach based on warmth and honesty of materials. Neutral tones, warm woods, and stone finishes define the interiors, evoking an elegant yet cozy ambiance. Furniture was individually designed and selected to support the idea of a peaceful lifestyle.

Social areas are organized to encourage interaction, while private rooms provide solitude and serenity. Outdoor terraces and patios further expand living spaces towards the water, making the house an ideal place for both reflection and relaxation.
