Neolith Chosen as the Single Source of Sustainable Beauty for the Exclusive Lake Sheen Project

After careful consideration, premium designer Rob Turner decided he needed a single-source partner for countertop surfaces in the elegant home he was building on Millionaires Row at Lake Sheen in Orlando.

"We agreed that the surfaces should be as durable, hygienic, easy to work with and maintain as they are beautiful and sustainable," says Turner, who has owned and operated CRT Studio Interiors in Winter Park, Florida since 2022. "In hindsight, it seemed like a difficult task, but honestly we found this partner almost immediately in Neolith."

The Project

Situated on four and a half acres of water property, the two-level home spanning 7461 sq ft includes four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two half-baths, a lift, a four-car garage and an expansive outdoor living area with a lakeside patio, pool, and 2450 sq ft pool deck.

This multi-million-dollar project completed in 2022 has already served as an amazing venue for numerous events, attracting designers, architects, and builders.

The Right Solution

"We were aiming for durable, practical and sustainable beauty in nine areas of the house, including both interior and exterior spaces," says Turner. "Neolith not only met our current needs but did so by offering an excellent selection in color, size and finishes. We received the products on time and in perfect condition thanks to consistent support from their Florida distributor."

Turner selected Neolith Calacatta Luxe for the kitchen island and breakfast bar. This choice contrasted with Neolith Basalt Black in a matte finish for worktops, creating an incredibly beautiful space—and one that can withstand spills, stains and heavy use in a home.

Neolith Strata Argentum was used for the bar counter, bathroom, fireplace area and hearth to create a warm, cozy yet elegant atmosphere. Neolith Phedra was selected for the main bathroom countertops and office desk, while Neolith Iron Frost was used for secondary bathroom countertops.

Neolith was also chosen for the exterior of the home due to its durability and weather resistance, so Basalt Black was used both for the barbecue area and outdoor fireplace.
