White Tones

A modern or high-tech living room can be made in white tones, although more often than not, a contrasting dark color is added to white. White goes well with steel, gold, silver, and glass.

Black and White Living Room Interior

The combination of white and black colors is a classic approach. The design of a living room in these two colors undoubtedly attracts attention and looks very stylish. A winning technique is the combination of textures, matte and glossy surfaces in such an interior.

For example, white soft furniture and a glossy black cabinet or small wall unit — in the best traditions of minimalism or high-tech. However, such a combination by itself is too contrasted.

A monochromatic interior can, over time, have a suffocating effect on the inhabitants of the house or apartment. Therefore, a black and white living room interior is supplemented with carefully chosen bright accents, adding vibrant colors to the decor.

Milk and Coffee, White Flowers and Wood

The best living room interiors are white-brown. At least some of the best. If you don't want multicolor in the living room but at the same time find only white tones too few to create an interior, then a combination of white and brown shades is the perfect option. On this combination, almost any style of hall decoration can be built.

Milk and beige with light brown is a universal base for an interior. It looks great in coffee-toned living rooms: gradual transition from milk to coffee with milk and simple coffee can be used for zoning the living room. Brown is a natural color, the color of wood, vines, and straw. Choosing your own wood tone, you can create both classical and ethnic or modern living rooms.
