Welcome to a vibrant new urban development on the outskirts of La Plata, where architectural ingenuity meets contemporary living. Among this collection of three magnificent homes is a design masterpiece – a residence that redefines modernity. Created by visionary architects, the house features morphology that presents an engaging dialogue between solid volumes and the charming allure of brick forming a grid, skillfully allowing light to play within its spaces.

This dwelling showcases the pinnacle of architectural elegance, where solidity and void dance in perfect harmony.

This project is part of a series of 3 homes commissioned for the new urban area forming on the outskirts of La Plata.

The morphology of this house is based on solid volumes, where brick forms a grid that breaks in some areas to allow light through. The horizontal concrete element acts as a hinge between the masonry and roof. We aimed to create a play of slopes that, from one side, prioritize access to the house and on the other capture light from the northwest, ensuring greater brightness in the main areas of the home.

Different types of courtyards primarily respond to the needs and specifics of each housing use. Each space in the house is framed and completed by its extension, each solid element with its void.
