Cosmopolitan Apartment in Kyiv by INCUBE
INCUBE's interior design studio has completed a project for a 200-square-meter apartment in Kyiv. Located on the Pechersk hills, it showcases a 21st-century urban interior designed for young and successful people of the new generation who enjoy traveling and philosophical practices.
The interior design features warm and eco-friendly materials: plenty of wood, stone, and decorative plaster mimicking natural rock textures. The color palette is dominated by graphite and aquamarine with accents of light wood.
Most of the furniture in the apartment is from renowned Italian brands such as Baxter, Alivar, and B&B Italia. The studio also collaborated with the Ukrainian manufacturer RD Wood to create bookcases, coffee tables in the form of tree trunks, solid oak countertops for the kitchen island, glass candlesticks for the TV console, and other furniture and decor items. Textiles, lighting fixtures, and chandeliers were sourced from various European manufacturers. The apartment features Gira's German lighting system with scene programming that can be controlled via remote control.
