Spanish photographer Itziar Guzmán's apartment in Madrid is literally filled with art — from the owner's own works on the walls to original eclectic items in every room of the apartment. The refined 1940s building required meticulous renovation to preserve its original architectural elements and seamlessly integrate them into the updated interior.
