When decorating an apartment for rental, owners must be careful not to make mistakes — the property must appeal to everyone, which often results in bland and generic apartments. However, designers from Spanish studio Egue y Seta showed a great example of solving this challenge through a small yet charming apartment in La Coruña. The owner wanted to stay within a modest budget and decorate the interior with taste, although satisfying every potential tenant's preferences is quite challenging. Thanks to the designers' efforts, the interior turned out bright and modern, even slightly whimsical, such as walls with vibrant gradient paint and expressive decorative elements. The living room features an original stone wall, a patterned Persian carpet, and a mint green sofa that creates a cozy corner for relaxation or gatherings with friends. Very charming housing!
