Gold-Graphite Design in Phoenix

A large space of a historic house in Phoenix has been given a new look after an excellent restoration by Knob Studio. The design became more functional and partly restrained, yet thanks to the addition of details and an interesting color combination, a unique atmosphere of the space is created. Small (relative to the room size) windows draw attention to the interior. A lot of open space, the design is not overloaded with details. Individual decorative elements on the walls or a kind of furniture give the room a personal touch, and it's immediately clear that this design has an author. A soft golden tone of wooden inserts, gilded light fixtures and pillows lighten the graphite background (which is abundant on the staircase and kitchen). Such a golden color looks surprisingly simple and easy, and most importantly, very noble. The reflections of gold details shimmer with light, making the rooms even brighter and more atmospheric. The design sets a tone of easy perception, tranquility, and harmony.
