In this interior, they didn't chase trends but simply preserved the warmth of a home

This apartment is located in a standard panel house of series P-44. The well-known blogger, home enthusiast and TV presenter Dasha Karakulova has lived here since childhood. Now she lives here with her family — husband and daughter. Dasha has renovated the apartment several times, but preserved all furniture, layout and even some finishing elements with a 20-year history. The apartment has a separate kitchen, two rooms, a small foyer and a separate bathroom.

About the kitchen

The kitchen walls are covered with light gray wallpaper, creating an atmosphere of calm and harmony. The preserved arch adds a touch of originality to the interior. The kitchen cabinet, in excellent condition, offers many convenient storage spaces. Particularly eye-catching is the original balcony niche located above one of the upper cabinets; it adds coziness and makes the space more lively.

Dasha's kitchen is more than just a place for cooking — it's the heart of the home where the whole family gathers. Every detail here testifies to love and care, creating a cozy atmosphere of home. Grandma's set, family photos and a Soviet lamp vase fill the kitchen with warmth and nostalgia.

One of the most cherished traditions is having singing birds that add special harmony to the home. The cage with forest birds, nicely placed on the kitchen counter, fills the space with melodious trills, adding life energy and joy to every moment spent here.

About the bedroom

The bedroom is the largest room in the apartment, with an area of 20 sqm. Dasha values order, so there are many closed storage spaces in the room that help maintain perfect coziness and organization. A wardrobe was specially designed for the bedroom, filled according to the needs of the residents.

There are many lamps, floor standing lights and wall sconces in the room that create a cozy atmosphere. All lighting is connected to a smart home system, making it easy to control the lighting with simple voice commands. This technical solution adds modernity to the interior and significantly simplifies everyday life, allowing one to enjoy comfort.

Dasha's daughter studies at a music school, and her husband also plays piano, so they placed a small instrument in the bedroom. A vintage cabinet and mirror were harmoniously integrated into the interior, supporting the overall style of the space.

About the child's room

This room was once Dasha's childhood bedroom, and now her daughter lives in it. The furniture arrangement remains the same, preserving the atmosphere of a familiar space. The bed was replaced with a modern and comfortable one, and next to it, a craft table was placed — a place where imagination and creativity can flourish.

In some rooms, including the child's room, parquet was preserved that has been here since the house was built. It adds a special charm to the room, strengthening the connection with the past that residents value so much.

About the foyer

The foyer has enough space for a large wardrobe and cabinet, placed on both sides of the door with fully mirrored fronts. Storage is organized above the door in the form of open shelves, where photos and decorations are neatly arranged.

About the bathroom

The bathroom is separate, and its renovation dates back to early 2000s. The finish looks quite good and is pleasing to the eye in its current state. A full-size bathtub is installed in the bathroom. In a niche, a washing machine was placed, and above it — a storage cabinet for necessary items. This is convenient and functional. In the toilet, instead of a standard front panel for a cabinet, they used the upper part of a regular interior door.
