About Production

For our fast-build home, planed boards of chamber-dried timber are used — in special chambers, they are dried to the required moisture level. The next step is calibration on a machine to the necessary dimensions, followed by end cutting with a circular saw.

At the production site, you can see pink boards — this is a good sign indicating that the material has been treated with fire-retardant composition with pigment. This makes it easy to verify that no section of the board has been missed.

About Assembly and Insulation

Our modular home consists of panels: it is placed on a platform made from timber, raised on screw jacks. A solid base guarantees that nothing will shift during construction.

The foundation of the house uses moisture-resistant plywood 9 mm, treated with special resin, protective mesh against rodents, wind and water barrier film, insulation, vapor barrier, and a rough floor — this set ensures warmth throughout the year.

About Installation

The crew assembles two modules directly on the site: afterward, they need to connect them all around and insulate. Windows and doors (thermal contour) arrive separately — these are fragile materials that can get damaged during module transport.
